It was a wonderful trip. Thank you for arranging it.
Here are a few suggestions I have.
1. Ask customers if they require smoking or none smoking accommodation and book accordingly.
2. In Pokhara I think a hike to the Peace Pagoda should be part of the trip.
3. Spend far more time in Bhaktapur. This was a great city, we would have loved to have spent the day there or even stayed there overnight.
Overall the trip was excellent.
